DESCRIPTION: Ampthill. Early 1900s. House built at the Station Road end of Ashburnham Road in 1911. In 1923 it was purchased by the Union(Baptist) Church and for many years was in use as the Manse. For some time it was named Bank House, and more recently The Old Manse. Now number 16 (was number 8) 4 images taken from 2 JHC Glass Negatives.
